Welcome to 8 Miles Down - The Website! (Action figures, sleeping bags and toasters coming
soon.) The first order of business is to thank everyone who came out to the Westbrook
Lanes show on March 3. Speaking of which we also need to thank our stand-in bass player
"Chuck Biscuits," better known as Chris Brough. We had an amazing time playing this show
and look forward to playing in Columbus again. Please be sure to check out our ever
expanding schedule of upcoming shows. We have four shows
coming up in April and while they're all going to be great shows, we would in particular
like to ask that everyone make an extra effort to come to the April 4 show at Davey's
Uptown. Forrest Whitlow and The Crash will be
opening up. This is one show you definitely don't want to miss!
The second thing we need to note is that even though the website is sadly lacking in
current band info, original 8 Miles Down percussionist and co-founder Matt Myers has indeed
rejoined the band! I will be working very hard within the next week or so to update all
the band info to reflect this awesome addition. Be sure to check out the updated
band and personal bio section.

site. We update this site regularly and it contains additional full-song samples you
won't find here.
